Data processing agreements are signed with Hogia. Paper copies are kept locked up.
Customer register (Pyramid) We only keep the data needed to fulfill the contracts. Contact persons of customers (legal person) Customers who are natural personsThe customer register is cleared annually if the customer has not traded for two years. Contact persons are removed from the customer register Customers who are natural persons are de-identified. All accounting documents are stored for 7 years. Pyramid runs as a hosted solution at Netropolis. Paper copies of invoices are stored in binders. Login required to enter Pyramid. A data processing agreement exists with Netropolis. Netropolis is responsible for data security around Pyramid.
