Ergolift® MA
The original
Ergolift® MA lets industries handle medium loads easily, quickly and safely. The operator does not have to lift, hold, rotate and tilt a workpiece himself, but is helped to do it quickly and accurately.
Together with a suitable gripper tool, Ergolift® MA is a flexible and economical solution to your handling problems. Some MAs from the 1980s are still in use, but the new models are upgraded with modern safety and control systems.
The lifting motion is powered by hydraulics. Sideways, you simply control the arm manually. The lifting speed is seamlessly variable with a simple hand control, and the workpiece can be rotated in any number of directions depending on the gripping tool selected. If the operator releases the control, Ergolift stops and holds the workpiece in the same position.
Safety valves hold the arm and load in place in the event of a hose break or power failure.
Like other Ergolift®, MA can be mounted on a floor pillar, in a fixed ceiling installation or in a movable rail system.
