ERGOMOVE – VERTICAL LIFTING OF HEAVY LOADS
Ergomove is a hydraulic vertical lifting cylinder that can be equipped with handling tools. Ergomove is used for handling really heavy loads, up to one ton including tools.
The lifting speed can be steplessly adjusted from zero to maximum speed. Most often, Ergomove is mounted in a rail system that provides mobility in XY direction. Depending on the application, horizontal movements can be manual or motorized.
Applications
Handling of particularly heavy or long workpieces, large boards or panels, doors or windows, coils, etc.
Large selection of tools
Using gripping tools, expanding mandrels, magnetic tools or suction cups, Ergomove can be used for many different lifting situations. Often a special tool is developed for the customer’s needs.
Our Ergogrip tool range offers a flexible and economical solution in many situations. Ergogrip is connected to Ergomove’s own hydraulic system and needs no additional power supply.
