Ergolift® MB/BB
Flexible and strong
Ergolift® MB/BB has an arm system that is articulated both horizontally and vertically. The operator does not have to lift, hold, rotate and tilt a workpiece himself, but is helped to do so quickly and accurately.
MB/BB is also suitable for low ceiling heights. The outer arm can be customized, which facilitates adaptation to special requirements. MB/BB can withstand large torques in the tool, and can therefore be used for large eccentric loads. With MB/BB you can reach far into or under obstacles.
Together with a suitable manipulator tool, Ergolift® is a flexible and economical solution to your handling problems
You can choose between hydraulic (MB) and pneumatic (BB) lifting technology. Sideways, you simply control the arm manually. The lifting speed can be infinitely adjusted with a simple hand control, and the workpiece can be rotated in any number of directions depending on the gripping tool selected. If the operator releases the control, Ergolift® stops and holds the workpiece in the same position.
You can choose a balancer that allows you to hold the workpiece and move it without using any controls. Perfect for assembly work!
Safety valves hold the arm and load in place in the event of a hose break or power failure.
The standard sizes for Model MB are shown in the table below. We can also custom build for other weights and ranges.
Like other Ergolifts, MB/BB can be mounted on pillars or suspended from the ceiling or a rail system.

Eccentric loads
The Ergolift is designed to handle loads with the center of gravity shifted to the side. The load can therefore be held and moved well away from the tool attachment (see picture).
