Ergolift® MB Heavy Duty
For really heavy jobs
For the really heavy loads or for large eccentric loads, the Ergolift® MB is available in an extra heavy-duty version. The basic design is the same as for the regular MB with three horizontal and one vertical rotation axis.
As usual, the outer arm can be customized, making it easier to adapt to special requirements. Of course, you can reach far into an oven, for example, with MB Heavy Duty.
Together with a suitable manipulator tool, Ergolift® is a flexible and economical solution to your handling problems
If the operator releases the control, Ergolift® stops and holds the workpiece in the same position. Safety valves hold the arm and load in place in the event of a hose break or power failure.
The standard sizes for Model MB are shown in the table below. We can also custom build for other weights and ranges.
Like other Ergolifts, MB/BB can be mounted on pillars or suspended from the ceiling or a rail system.

Eccentric loads
The Ergolift is designed to handle loads with the center of gravity shifted to the side. The load can therefore be held and moved well away from the tool attachment (see picture).
