What is an Ergolift manipulator?
An Ergolift® is a manually controlled, multi-axis lifting arm that allows for quick, easy and precise material handling. It’s faster, safer and more flexible than a jib crane. The price is a fraction of what an industrial robot costs while being more flexible than a robot.
Ergolift® can be used for many different tasks such as lifting workpieces in and out of machines, moving and turning large sheets of steel or glass, as a aid when assembling slightly heavier parts and many other applications. Ergolift® is used worldwide for applications that were previously done with cranes, rail systems or by hand.

Ergolift® MA/BA
With Ergolift® MA/BA you can handle medium loads easily, quickly and safely. The operator does not have to lift, hold, rotate and tilt a workpiece himself, but gets help to do it quickly and accurately.
Flexible and strong
Ergolift® MB/BB
Ergolift® MB/BB has an arm system that is articulated both horizontally and vertically. The operator does not have to lift, hold, rotate and tilt a workpiece himself, but gets help to do it quickly and accurately.
For really heavy jobs
Ergolift® MB Heavy Duty
For the really heavy loads or for large off center
loads, Ergolift® MB is available in an extra heavy-duty version. The basic design is the same as for the standard MB with three horizontal and one vertical axis of rotation.

Ergomove
Ergomove is a hydraulic vertical lifting cylinder that can be equipped with handling tools. Ergomove is used for handling really heavy loads, up to one ton including tools.
